Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If your order is not damaged or defective, and you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Order cancellations are subject to a 3.25% cancellation fee. All non-damaged and non-defective order returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
