Shipping policy

Cross-ing the World’s shipping department is typically open Monday through Friday 8 AM – 4:30 PM Pacific time, except for all United States holidays. Please allow up to 7 days from the date of order for delivery, and longer if your order is placed after 3PM Pacific time on Friday or over the weekend. 

When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation from info@cross-ingtheworld.com. Once your order is shipped, you will also receive an email with the tracking information from the same email address. If you do not receive these emails, we ask that you check your spam folder as well as add info@cross-ingtheworld.com to your contacts to avoid it happening again. 

Orders that are greater than $99 will receive free shipping. Orders less than this amount will be allowed to choose the speed of the delivery as well as the delivery cost based on reduced carrier rates.

At this time, Cross-ing the World is unable to ship internationally due to increased shipping costs.
